PLANNING MANAGER

BIM MANAGER

REVIT MEP COORDINATOR

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we have an exciting new role on offer for multiple experienced Revit MEP Coordinators to join a leading engineering and contracting firm, on a contract basis, outside IR35. The successful candidate will be required to work on-site from our client’s Heathrow site, full-time. You will have the opportunity to create intricate designs for a large-scale aviation project, through stages 4 into stage 5 coordinated models. -Competitive day rate of £320 (depending on experience). -On-site working arrangements (will transition to hybrid for longer-term working). AECOSIM MODELLER

Attention all AECOsim Modellers! Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced AECOsim Modeller to join a well-established engineering consultancy, in a contract role Inside IR35. You will be required to work on a hybrid basis (3 days a week) from our client’s London office. This is a great opportunity to work hands on with 3D modelling of structures on HS2. -Hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities: -Create, manage, and coordinate detailed 3D models using Bentley AECOsim (OpenBuildings Designer) to support engineering and architectural design. -Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design intent, technical accuracy, and project requirements are fully met. -Produce accurate drawings and documentation from models in line with industry standards, maintaining model structure and integrity throughout all phases. -Implement BIM best practices, contribute to model audits and quality assurance, and support clash detection and model federation processes. -Assist with integrating AECOsim models into wider Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as ProjectWise.
