This scheme allows you the chance to win a £250 John Lewis voucher by referring qualified candidates to us. Please read the terms and conditions below carefully to understand the eligibility and requirements of this scheme.

Eligibility for Referral Scheme
- Referrer Eligibility: The scheme is open to individuals who refer new candidates to Blueprint Recruitment who are not already registered or known to us.
- Candidate Eligibility: To qualify, referred candidates must be successfully placed in a role within six (6) months of the referral date, either in a:
  - Permanent role, or
  - Contract role with a minimum duration of three (3) months.
Referral Submission
- Referrals should be submitted by emailing info@blueprintrecruit.com. You must provide the candidate’s full name, contact information, and relevant job title or industry.
- Blueprint Recruitment reserves the right to reject referrals where the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.
- Only the first referrer to submit the candidate’s details will be eligible for the referral reward.
Reward Conditions
- A £250 John Lewis voucher will be awarded to the referrer if the referred candidate:
  - Is placed by Blueprint Recruitment in a contract role lasting at least three (3) months.
  - Is placed in a permanent position by Blueprint Recruitment and remains in the position for at least three (3) months.
- If the candidate leaves the role, voluntarily or involuntarily, before the three-month period, the referrer will not be eligible for the reward.
Reward Payment Process
- Once the candidate has successfully completed three (3) months in the role, Blueprint Recruitment will contact the referrer to arrange the delivery of the £250 John Lewis voucher.
Additional Terms
- There is no limit to the number of referrals a person can make; however, each referral must meet the eligibility criteria outlined above to qualify for a separate reward.
- Self-referrals or referrals of individuals already registered with Blueprint Recruitment do not qualify for this scheme.
- Referrers must not share or advertise candidate information without the candidate’s consent, in compliance with data protection and privacy laws.
- Blueprint Recruitment reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral scheme at any time without prior notice. In the event of any changes, all eligible referrals submitted prior to the change will be honoured under the terms effective at the time of submission.
- In cases of disputes regarding the eligibility or interpretation of these terms, Blueprint Recruitment’s decision is final.
Privacy and Confidentiality
- All information submitted as part of the referral scheme will be handled in accordance with Blueprint Recruitment’s Privacy Policy. Personal data will only be used for the purpose of candidate placement and referral tracking.
