Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled Architectural Technologist to join a leading multi-disciplinary consultant. Our client is offering a flexible working arrangement, minimum 1 day per week in either of the following offices: Birmingham, Leeds or hybrid position, with 1-2 days per week from our clients Hemel Hempstead, Birmingham, Hertfordshire. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting education projects, with a motivating and experienced team. Key Responsibilities: -Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit/BIM. -Support project delivery at all stages of design and construction. -Work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to solve technical issues. -Ensure all designs meet UK building regulations and quality standards. -Help with planning and building control submissions. -Take part in design meetings and offer technical input. Our client offers the flexibility to work in a hybrid arrangement; this will consist of 1-2 days a week in their office in Hemel Hempstead. This role will offer you the opportunity to work on exciting education and commercial fit out projects, with a motivated and experienced team. Key Responsibilities: -Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, budgets, and timelines. -Conduct site visits and create detailed CAD drawings (floor plans and elevations). -Source materials and furnishings, coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and contractors. -Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution. -Communicate design intent, attend meetings, and maintain thorough project documentation.
