This role is ideal for someone with strong AutoCAD experience who enjoys technically focused project work and wants to be involved in the delivery of residential schemes from planning through to construction.

You'll be joining a collaborative team working on a variety of housing projects, with the flexibility of hybrid working and adaptable working hours.

The Role

You'll be involved in:

• Producing technical drawing packages using AutoCAD
• Supporting the delivery of residential and housing developments
• Preparing planning, technical and construction information
• Coordinating with clients, consultants and project teams
• Assisting with technical detailing and project documentation
• Supporting projects through planning and delivery stages
• Maintaining drawing quality and technical standards

What They're Looking For

• Experience as an Architectural Technician within UK architectural practice
• Strong AutoCAD capability
• Experience working on residential or housing projects
• Good technical detailing and drawing production skills
• Strong organisational and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple project deadlines

Experience across housing developments, residential schemes or developer-led projects would be highly beneficial.
