An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced BIM Manager to join a leading engineering consultancy, supporting the delivery of major infrastructure projects across the UK and internationally.
This role offers the chance to take a key leadership position across a diverse portfolio of projects within water, rail, transport and ports sectors, driving BIM strategy, coordination and digital delivery across multidisciplinary teams.
The successful BIM Manager will play a critical role in BIM implementation, team leadership and project delivery, working within a highly collaborative and technically advanced environment.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in the London office.
Key Responsibilities
As a BIM Manager, your responsibilities will include: Leading BIM delivery and strategy across multiple infrastructure projects Managing and coordinating multidisciplinary BIM teams Implementing and maintaining ISO 19650 standards and workflows Overseeing the use of Autodesk and Bentley software platforms Managing Common Data Environments (CDE), including ProjectWise Supporting coordination and clash detection using Navisworks Ensuring BIM processes meet project, client and regulatory requirements Driving digital innovation and continuous improvement across projects Supporting project teams with BIM execution plans and delivery strategies
Requirements
To be considered for this BIM Manager role, candidates should have: 10–15 years’ experience within BIM / digital engineering roles Proven experience working as a BIM Manager on infrastructure or multidisciplinary projects Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and BIM best practice Experience using Autodesk software (Revit, Navisworks) Experience with Bentley tools and ProjectWise (highly desirable) Strong experience managing BIM teams and project delivery Experience working across infrastructure sectors (water, rail, transport or ports) Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
