They’re looking for someone with strong experience and leadership skills to join their team in a permanent role, working on impressive residential projects. The successful candidate will work on hybrid basis with up to three days a week in the clients London office. Our client is a leading engineering consultancy, known for delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions in civil and structural engineering. Key Responsibilities: -Lead and manage civil engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and deadlines are met. -Provide technical expertise and advice to clients, contractors, and internal teams. -Design and oversee infrastructure projects, including drainage, highways, and site developments. -Perform calculations and analysis to support designs and solutions. -Work closely with other departments to deliver integrated solutions. -Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards throughout projects. Key Requirements: -A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent). -UK experience with drainage, highways and FRA reporting. -Micro drainage and Causeway Flow experience. -Chartered status (CEng) with a recognized professional body such as ICE, or a commitment to achieving this. -Extensive experience in civil engineering. -Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design tools. -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. We have an exciting new BIM Coordinator role with one of our leading clients, they’re looking for someone with expertise and strong knowledge to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid working arrangement, spending three days a week in the client’s office located in Bristol and on site in Somerset. Our client is a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, focusing on transport, construction and energy sectors. Key Responsibilities: -Analyse input data models for BIM aspects in coordination with production team according to project procedures. -Producing a model before the beginning of production -Communicate with other engineers regarding interfaces between structures. -IFC creation and IFC check (weekly export and for each GR) according to ICOS procedures and following a planning provided by production team. -Coordination of the 3D activities on the model, including, interfaces, management of phases, and organisation of the works and modelling priorities. -Manage and support of the draftsmen for the 3D issues. -Develop and manage project-specific BIM execution plans (BEP). Key Responsibilities: -Lead and coordinate projects with high-quality technical design. -Produce technical design documents (sketches, calculations, specifications, and reports). -Review and approve reports, designs, and calculations per quality procedures. -Conduct structural surveys and provide findings, conclusions, and recommendations. -Communicate effectively with clients, authorities, and the design team. -Plan site investigations and prepare reports. -Attend and record actions in design and site meetings.
