The successful candidate will have the option to work remotely, ideally accessible to London 1 day per week. Key Responsibilities: -Oversee model structure, aggregation, and refine work-sharing and data requirements as needed. -Manage and document the Information Exchange (IE) process. -Monitor model development and update Model Element Definitions as the project progresses. -Ensure adherence to the BIM Execution Plan and project standards. -Use relevant software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, 3ds Max) to create, modify, and review structural models. -Interpret architectural drawings to produce structural models, drawings, and details under engineer guidance. -Create models, layouts, drawings, schedules, and visualizations for reports, presentations, and marketing.
