Blueprint Recruitment have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic Structural Revit Technician to join a reputable structural and civil engineering consultancy, in a permanent role. This role will require you to work full time in the client’s office in Central London. As the successful candidate, you will be joining a leading innovative structural and civil engineering consultancy known for delivering high-quality, creative, and practical design solutions across a wide range of sectors. With the ongoing opportunities to work on a wide range of projects. What you will be responsible for: -You will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed structural drawings and managing drawing documentation in accordance with project requirements. -A main part of your role will include collaborating closely with engineers and architects to develop coordinated BIM models, as well as participating in design team meetings and contributing to the development of BIM protocols and workflows. -Support the delivery of projects from concept through to construction. -Maintain quality assurance and control processes throughout all project stages. This hybrid role offers 2 days working from home, with the other 3 being based at either Manchester or Teesside offices. You’ll work alongside experienced teams on major oil and gas projects, with exposure to sectors such as Water, Energy, Transport, Defence, and Nuclear. This position will require you to work in the client’s office four days a week in Newcastle, with one day a week working remotely from home, working on an exciting large shipyard project. As the selected candidate, you will be responsible for all document control functions ensuring compliance with the company’s and client’s requirements. Our client: As a large, multi-disciplinary consultancy, our client specialises in providing civil and structural design expertise across a range of infrastructure projects in the UK. The consultancy has profound experience in a variety of sectors, including energy, aviation and urban development.
