ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are working with a leading engineering consultancy, who are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior/Principal Electrical Design Engineer to join their firm, in a permanent position. Within this role, the successful candidate will be required to work on a hybrid basis from our client’s office, located near Bournemouth and Reading. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of large-scale residential and commercial projects. As a part of their extensive benefit scheme, our client also offers their employees the opportunity to work 9 days a fortnight, gaining one day off every 2 weeks. -Competitive salary ranging from £40,000-£65,000 (depending on experience) -Company pension scheme, generous annual leave, and ongoing career development opportunities. Responsibilities: -Create electrical design drawings and specifications for commercial and residential projects, using software such as Revit, Dialux, AutoCAD, and Amtech. -Supply detailed reports, calculations, and project documents that all meet industry standards. -Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, mechanical engineers, and architects. -Ensure designs comply with all codes, standards, and regulations. -Contribute to sustainable and low-energy solutions through innovative design approaches. -Manage project deadlines, budgets, and deliverables and support junior team members to expand overall knowledge. We are working with a leading BIM consultancy to support them on their search for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the coordination of various projects, creating detailed designs and models, adhering to quality standards and client expectations. This opportunity would require a hybrid working, set up out of our clients Essex based office, just East of Greater London. -Competitive rate of £35-£40 per hour (depending on experience). -Flexible working arrangements (office presence is preferred but remote will be considered). We are working in tandem with an established, global M&E consultancy, who are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their project team, in a permanent position.
