BIM COORDINATOR

Calling all motivated BIM Coordinators! We are working in tandem with an established, global M&E consultancy, who are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their project team, in a permanent position. Our client is looking for you to bring your skills and expertise to their organisation, working from their London office on a hybrid basis on a variety of complex Data Centre projects. -Competitive salary of £40,000-£50,000 (depending on experience). -Ongoing professional development opportunities, hybrid working arrangements, pension scheme, bonus schemes, and more. Responsibilities: -Manage and produce detailed BIM designs, whilst liaising with multidisciplinary project professionals, allowing for designs to adhere to client needs. -Run frequent clash detection assessments to locate issues pre-emptively, maintaining quality assurance throughout. -Ensure that all project documentation is maintained and kept up to date, within the Common Data Environment. -Conduct frequent coordination meetings with project teams, clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Requirements: -Previous experience working as a BIM Coordinator, or in a relevant role. -Prior experience working on Data Centre projects is preferred. -Strong understanding of relevant industry software tools such as Revit and Navisworks, as well as key clash detection systems and COBie data systems. -Significant knowledge of BIM systems, and the relevant industry standards, codes, regulations, and best practices. -Proficiency in the management and development of detailed BIM models and designs, ensuring accuracy. -Effective written and communication skills. BMS ENGINEER

Are you a BMS Engineer and looking for a role that’ll propel your career forwards? Bring your skills and expertise to this exciting 6-month contract role, outside IR35, and support a range of operations within our client’s specialist engineering, architecture, construction, and environmental consultancy, based in London. This opportunity offers the opportunity to work to a hybrid working arrangement, with occasional site visitation. -Competitive hourly rate ranging from £55-£63 (depending on experience). -Hybrid working arrangement. Responsibilities: -Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of complex EPMS and HVAC control systems, creating detailed specifications, drawings, and documentation. -Liaise with multidisciplinary project teams to support the development of Point Lists and Sequences of Operations, adhering to industry, safety, and client standards. -Manage all project deliverables, focusing on QA and QC reviews, technical bid assessments, contract oversight, and the approval of all design elements. -Assist with commissioning and testing processes, via FATs, RFI submissions and resolutions, technical guidance, software bench tests, and design change integration. -Maintain compliance with quality assurance procedures, safety regulations, business standards, and industry best practices, across all works. -Conduct and oversee project meetings, ensuring transparency between clients, stakeholders, and project teams, whilst also providing mentorship for junior engineers.
