Are you an electrical design engineer looking for the next step in your career? Blueprint Recruitment have an unmissable opportunity with one of our leading clients! The successful candidate will work in a hybrid role, with two days a week in the Chelmsford office (fully remote working is also a possibility). You must also be able to attend the London sites. Our client is a multidisciplinary consultancy focusing on a variety of sectors including, education, retail, heritage, leisure, healthcare and many more. Key Responsibilities: -Design and develop electrical systems and components from concept to completion. -Create electrical drawings and specifications using CAD software. -Work closely with mechanical engineers, architects, and project managers to provide integrated design solutions. -Perform electrical load calculations, power distribution, and circuit analysis. -Ensure designs meet industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements. -Prepare reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders. This role offers a predominantly remote working, with occasional visits to London sites. They also offer the flexibility to attend office in Kent if preferred. Our client is a multidisciplinary construction consultancy focusing on sectors including education, commercial & retail, heritage, healthcare, leisure, industrial, protective & defence, private residential, public sector and residential developments. Blueprint Recruitment are looking for highly experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineers to join a global design, engineering and project management consultancy on a long-term contract basis in Bristol! The successful candidate will be assisting the current design team with a mixture of large-scale Defence, Commercial and Mission Critical projects and requires hybrid working (2-3x a week in the office). Key Responsibilities: - Lead electrical design for projects, ensuring compliance with standards and client requirements. - Create electrical designs, schematics, and technical reports. - Oversee electrical aspects of projects, coordinating with other teams. - Conduct design reviews and risk assessments, ensuring safety compliance. - Ensure designs meet regulatory and operational standards. - Manage design documentation and specifications for installation. - Assist with project budgets, timelines, and resources.
