This statement is made as part of Blueprint Recruitment Solutions Ltd’s commitment to eliminating the exploitation of people under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the Act). It summarises how Blueprint Recruitment Solutions Ltd operates, the policies and processes in place to minimise the possibility of any problems, any risks we have identified and how we monitor them, and how we train our staff. This statement is published in accordance with section 54 of the Act, and relates to the financial year 2024 to 2025. It was approved by the Board of Directors on 31st May 2024.

As a “neutral vendor”, we work with other businesses to supply workers to our clients. All of the workers we supply operate through their own Limited Companies, through an umbrella company or are hired directly by us, and we facilitate supplying them to our clients.
The clients that we work with are located in the United Kingdom. The candidates we supply generally live in the United Kingdom.
