PROJECT PLANNER

Are you an experienced Project Planner looking for the next step in your career? Here at Blueprint, one of our leading clients is seeking someone with strong knowledge and experience, to join them working on Substations. The role will be offered as a contract position, working on a hybrid basis. Our client is focused on delivering essential infrastructure services to the energy sector, with a strong focus on safety and sustainability. REVIT MEP COORDINATOR

Are you a Revit MEP Coordinator looking for the next step in your career? They are seeking an experienced and passionate Revit MEP Coordinator to join them in a contract role. Key Responsibilities: -Create and update Revit MEP drawings, following project requirements and industry standards. -Regularly running clash detection reports using Navisworks. -Review and update Revit models to reflect design changes. -Ensure all project documentation is completed on time and communicated clearly with the team. -Help prepare technical documents like specifications, schedules, and reports. They are looking to hire an individual who shares a passion of this role and can offer a contract basis. The successful candidate would be required to attend the company HQ in Portsmouth on a full-time basis and can pay for accommodation if needed. Key Responsibilities: -Extract ductwork from supplier’s models on a MOD project and upload to their specialist template and annotate. -Create and update Revit MEP drawings, following project requirements and industry standards. -Regularly running clash detection reports. -Regularly review and update Revit models to reflect design changes. -Ensure all project documentation is completed on time and communicated clearly with the team. -Help prepare technical documents like specifications, schedules, and reports. The successful candidate must be able to commute into Kent, as this position requires office presence on a hybrid basis to work on Water/Water Treatment projects. If selected, you will be responsible for providing expertise whilst ensuring the successful delivery of projects to agreed budget and quality requirements. CIVIL 3D TECHNICIAN

The successful candidate will have the option to work remotely, ideally accessible to London 1 day per week. Our client is a globally recognised engineering consultancy firm, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions. They focus on a wide range of sectors such as buildings, infrastructure, environment, and energy. Key Responsibilities: -Produce detailed civil engineering drawings and models using Autodesk Civil 3D. -Assist engineers in the design and documentation of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage, and utilities. -Support the preparation of plans, sections, and details for project documentation. -Ensure compliance with relevant standards, guidelines, and client requirements. -Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the development of BIM models. -Maintain accurate records and revision control of all drawings and models.
