ARCHITECT

This role is available across a variety of experience levels, so we encourage you to apply. The role will be mainly office based, with 1 day working from home available. Our client is a well-established architectural practice known for creating sustainable, functional spaces tailored to client needs. They specialise in a range of sectors, including residential, workspaces, cultural and education. Key Responsibilities: -Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver integrated and innovative design solutions. -Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring designs meet both client needs and regulatory requirements. -Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using Revit and Adobe Suite -Prepare and manage planning and building regulation applications throughout the approval process. -Attend client meetings and site visits to ensure the design vision is executed and address any arising issues. -Ensure designs adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards. PROCESS COMMISSIONING ENGINEER

The successful candidates will work full time on site in Yorkshire. Our client is a leading provider of water and wastewater treatment solutions, delivering critical infrastructure that protects communities and the environment. Key Responsibilities: -Manage the commissioning of water and wastewater treatment plants to ensure they meet project requirements. -Work closely with design, construction, and project teams to ensure a smooth handover to operations. -Plan and carry out commissioning tasks like testing, process tuning, and final handover. -Identify and solve technical issues during commissioning. -Prepare reports, documentation, and updates on progress. -Communicate with clients, regulators, and suppliers as needed. -Follow all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. RESIDENT ENGINEER

Here at Blueprint Recruitment we are looking for an experienced and driven Resident Engineer to join one of our top-tier clients – a global leader in engineering services. This is a fantastic contract opportunity working 3 days per week on site in Southwest England, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-impact projects in a technically challenging environment. Key Responsibilities: -Manage on-site engineering work to make sure it meets technical and safety standards. -Be the main link between the engineering team and site staff, helping to solve technical issues. -Organise inspections, testing, and commissioning to ensure work meets regulations and client needs. -Keep track of contractor progress and deal with any risks early. -Report regularly on-site activity and keep key people informed. -Help improve and update engineering designs during construction when needed. REVIT MEP COORDINATOR
