Within this role, you will be expected to work on a hybrid basis from our client’s office in Derby, but our client will consider candidates located in Kent and East Sussex. Responsibilities: -Manage and oversee the internal design teams to ensure high-quality performance, development, and resource allocation. -Establish rapport with internal and external stakeholders to allow for the project to follow the requirements fully. -Support project planning processes, tendering, and forecasting through sharing design expertise and identifying risks and challenges. -Promote team development and progression through ongoing innovation, sustainable practices, and digital tools. -Ensure all designs comply with client standards and align with regulations through observation and quality assurances. -Nurture health and safety within designs, allowing for full alignment with CDM regulations and best practices. Within this position, you will be required to work on a hybrid basis, working across the country. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex Water and Wastewater projects, leading and managing our client’s design team. -Competitive salary ranging from £40,000-£55,000 (depending on experience). -Company pension scheme, generous annual leave, and ongoing career development opportunities. Responsibilities: -Manage and oversee the production and delivery of 3D model designs and BIM systems for a variety of water and wastewater treatment projects. -Introduce and maintain BIM workflows, strategies, and standards to allow for the project to follow high quality and consistency throughout. -Guide and mentor the design team, consisting of CAD and BIM technicians, providing ongoing training and support. -Collaborate with numerous professionals, ranging in disciplines, to allow for an effective integration of design specifications, whilst conducting clash detection tests. -Review models and designs, providing feedback and guidance, to allow for quality, health and safety, specification alignment, and compliance to be maintained. -Keep up-to-date records and documentation of all projects works and promote development across BIM deliverables.
