Calling all Electrical Design Engineers! Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a driven and experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join a leading engineering consultancy, in a contract position, outside IR35, with the potential to become long-term or permanent. The successful candidate will be working on a Hybrid basis, working 3-4 days, or more, from our client’s London office. You will have the opportunity to join a motivating team to work on a 900-bed hotel project, working at stage 5. -Competitive hourly rate of £40-£44 (depending on experience). -Hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities: -Create electrical design drawings and specs for a large-scale hotel project. -Work closely with colleagues, clients, architects, and contractors. -Ensure designs meet all codes, standards, and regulations. -Support sustainable design and use of innovative tech. -Manage project deadlines, budgets, and deliverables. What We Are Looking For: -Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. -Must have extensive experience in Mission Critical design and building services design, specifically on data centres. -Skilled in Amtech, and Dialux/Relux, with AutoCAD and Revit proficiency being beneficial. -Good knowledge of British Standards and building regulations. -Strong communication skills, with an ability to work well within a team. -Chartered or working towards Chartership (IET or similar) preferred.For further information on this opportunity, please contact Faith Anarfi on 02392 603030 or email faith.anarfi@blueprintrecruit.com Alternatively, please apply directly using the “Apply” option below.
