BIM COORDINATOR

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a BIM Coordinator to join a leading water contractor, on a permanent staff basis. You will be working on a range of clean and wastewater projects, whilst working in a hybrid arrangement from our client’s office in Peterborough. -Competitive salary ranging from £50,000-£60,000 (depending on experience). -Hybrid working arrangement, company pension scheme, and generous annual leave. Key Responsibilities: -Develop 3D models and drawings using BIM tools (Plant3D, Civil3D, Revit, Navisworks, Recap) in compliance with local and national standards. -Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams and across the Alliance to ensure coordinated, efficient project delivery. -Contribute to the pre-construction Health and Safety Plan, including preparation and updates of risk assessments. -Deliver technically accurate work within agreed timescales and budgets. -Participate in design, progress, and construction reviews, responding constructively to feedback and challenges. -Research, propose, and implement innovative processes to enhance productivity and output. This role will consist of working on a range of water treatment projects, in a site-based role in Kent. -Competitive salary ranging from £60,000-£65,000 (depending on experience). -Company pension scheme, generous annual leave, and health insurance. You will be required to work on a hybrid basis (2-3 days a week) on site in Southampton. Our client is looking for candidates at an engineering level to senior level. As the successful candidate you will be required to work on a hybrid basis (3 days a week) from our client’s office in Birmingham.
