Their multidisciplinary teams develop, design, manufacture and implement breakthrough solutions within the water and environmental sectors. Key responsibilities Design electrical systems for water treatment facilities, including power distribution, motor control centers (MCCs), programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and SCADA systems. Develop electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams using CAD software such as Amtech Specify electrical components and equipment such as transformers, switchgear, panels, and cables. Ensure designs meet all applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations, including NEC, IEC, and IEEE standards. Key Requirements Degree qualified, or equivalent qualification, in Water Treatment Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related subjects. Experience of working within a contractor design environment is beneficial. Good level of computer literacy in a range of digital tools including Amtech/Prodesign, Dialux/Relux, NBS and Microsoft packages. Any HV tools will also be beneficial.
