SENIOR SITE MANAGER

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a Senior Site Manager to join a global leading water specialist contractor, on a permanent staff basis. This role will consist of working on a range of water treatment projects, in a site-based role in Kent. -Competitive salary ranging from £60,000-£65,000 (depending on experience). -Company pension scheme, generous annual leave, and health insurance. Key Responsibilities: -Ensure consideration for local communities and the travelling public during all works. -Lead, manage, and mentor the site team, including supervision of subcontractors. -Promote cost-effective resource use and maintain up-to-date programme schedules. -Prepare, review, and brief method statements, risk assessments, and health and safety documentation. -Fulfil site management duties, including training, health & safety, quality, and environmental supervision. Our client is looking for candidates at an engineering level to senior level. As the successful candidate you will be required to work on a hybrid basis (3 days a week) from our client’s office in Birmingham. We are seeking a highly capable and forward-thinking Project / Technical Solutions Manager to join a specialist water engineering firm in a permanent position. Operating on a hybrid basis (3 days in our client’s East Midland’s office), this position offers the chance to lead from the front in developing Pre-Concept and Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) strategies for high-value, technically complex water and wastewater treatment projects. -Competitive salary of £75,000–£85,000 (dependent on experience). -Hybrid working model (3 days in-office per week). -Comprehensive benefits package including company car allowance, annual performance-based bonus, and pension scheme.
