I started the business in 2006 following a successful career with a large international recruiter. I saw an opportunity to create a specialist recruitment company by incorporating a new business model which gave a significantly higher quality of service to both clients and candidates, utilising bespoke in-house technology.

Over the past 17 years, Blueprint has flourished into a major UK Recruitment company with annual sales of £50m+. A valued partner to companies like Rolls-Royce, Atkins, Arup and Mott McDonald, Blueprint continues its growth journey to be a top 10 UK Technical recruitment specialist.

I now continue to lead the business as Managing Director with a core focus on the strategy and direction of Blueprint as it continues to grow.

Rebecca Moore

Director of Service Delivery

After graduating from Portsmouth University, I joined the business in 2009 as a Resourcer, focusing specifically on white-collar contract placements across the Building Services sector. I quickly developed a particular specialism within CAD and BIM and I still hold the company record for most placements made in a year!

Now operating as Blueprint’s Director of Service Delivery, my primary focus is coaching and developing our large team of Specialist Recruiters whilst ensuring that we continue to offer candidates the best experience when working with us.

Outside of work, I spend as much quality time as possible with my family, whilst also being an avid football fan.

Luke Hanson

Director of Sales

I joined Blueprint in 2008 as a Trainee Consultant focusing on white-collar placements within the Building Services sector. I was initially responsible for developing some of Blueprint’s earliest relationships with both clients and candidates, and have played a significant role in the company’s evolution.

Transparency, hard-work and reliability is at the centre of everything I do! When working with my clients I ensure that these values are being passed on to others who are earlier in their careers at Blueprint Recruitment.

Now Director of Sales, overseeing the incredibly successful Built Environment division, I remain focused on client delivery. I take immense pride in developing new and existing Recruiters within the business so that the ethos of Blueprint continues. Outside of work, I am a dedicated husband and a father to two children. I enjoy watching football and rugby when allowed!

Scott Formaggia

Business Development Director

I am Blueprint's Director of Business Development and I have been with the company for over a decade.

Initially joining Blueprint as a trainee Recruitment Consultant back in 2011, I have supported a diverse range of clients across numerous types of contract and permanent white-collar positions, with a particular focus on the Building Services industry. I now lead the company's pursuit of new business whilst ensuring service to our current clients is maintained without compromise.

I live with my young family near Havant and as a keen sports fan, I spend my free time either watching football or playing basketball.

Rob Taylor

Business Development Manager

Here at Blueprint, I support and advise our Process & Energy clients whilst managing our team of Specialist Recruiters to ensure accurate delivery and high standards. I would say working at Blueprint became second nature to me thanks to my Business Management Degree and passion for sales and relationship building.

My biggest accomplishment at Blueprint is building our Oil & Gas team from the ground up, leading it to become the fastest growing area in the company’s history. My team has now evolved into the Process, Energy and Water division, with a much larger remit.

When I’m not working, I enjoy an active lifestyle and you will usually find me in the gym or gardening. My favourite quote is from Muhammad Ali – “The will must be stronger than the skill.”

Adam Horner

IT Manager

After earning my degree in Computer Science from Hull University, I joined Blueprint in 2014. In my role as IT Manager, I oversee and manage the IT department, with a focus on developing and continually enhancing our innovative CRM system that supports the company's operations. I am dedicated to staying current with the latest technological advancements, ensuring that Blueprint's systems deliver top-tier performance for our recruitment team.

Daniel Wade

Financial Manager

I am Blueprint’s Finance Manager and have been working with the company since 2016. After leaving school, I worked in accounts departments in various industries, such as television, cinema, hotels and even cruise lines.

Since working at Blueprint, I have grown both the Finance and Compliance Teams and have ensured that professional and in-depth training underscores Blueprint’s commitment to unrivalled quality in our customer service.

My main passion is playing rugby as well as spending time with my family. If I were to swap places with anyone for the day, it would be with a travel writer-if only to travel the world and get paid for it!

Jon Grant

Assistant Management Accountant

I joined Blueprint Recruitment in 2017 and have since become the Senior Accounts Assistant. Whilst working at Blueprint, I have achieved an AAT qualification and have also passed several ACCA exams to support

My day to day includes leading the weekly Payroll and supporting the Management Accounts. I would describe my role as equally rewarding, challenging and supportive.

I am originally from Winchester, and in my free time I enjoy playing in a darts league and watching sports. I am also one of Blueprint’s top contenders during Pool tournaments (even if I do say so myself!) and I have the privilege of holding the ‘Pool Champion’ title.

Penny Bendle

Lead Specialist Recruiter

I am a Lead Specialist Recruiter in Blueprint’s Civil, Structural and Architectural sector. My focus is building up strong relationships with both candidates and clients and ensuring the process of making suitable matches is as accurate and effective as possible. My job is extremely rewarding, fast-paced and challenging.

After studying Sociology & Criminology at the University of Winchester, I wanted to kick-start my career. My sister had worked in recruitment and suggested I looked into it, so I applied to Blueprint and have never looked back!

Outside of work, I have recently bought my first home and enjoy socialising with my friends and family. I love to bake and I am one of the celebrated “Blueprint Bakers”.

Sam Chance

Senior Recruitment Consultant

I Joined Blueprint in 2021 after graduating from the University of Portsmouth with a degree in Geography and a Masters in Digital Marketing. Since 2021 I have progressed as an integral part of the Sales team and currently operate as a Senior Recruitment Consultant.

My main responsibilities include servicing a number of Blueprint existing clients as well as developing new relationships with consultancies and contractors within the Civil, Structural and Architectural sectors.

Away from work, I enjoy spending time with my Girlfriend, Playing Golf, and I am a keen American Football fan, coaching and playing for multiple teams across the South of England.

Alex Wright

Lead Specialist Recruiter

I am a Lead Specialist Recruiter in Blueprint's highly successful Building Services sector. My primary focus is on building lasting relationships with candidates and helping them to find their ideal job.

After graduating from Solent University, I joined the Blueprint team in 2016. I would say I am driven by honesty and professionalism, and would describe my job at Blueprint as fast-paced, rewarding and very sociable. My biggest achievement to date is achieving my promotion to Lead Recruiter.

Outside of work, I am a very keen golfer, a big sports fan and I enjoy keeping fit. I love live music and spending time with my girlfriend and family.

Sam Seymour

Lead Recruitment Consultant

I joined Blueprint in April 2019 after graduating with a degree in English and Journalism from Cardiff University. Since then, I have progressed as one of the key sales people within the business and currently operate in a Lead Consultant role.

My main responsibilities revolve around servicing a large number of Blueprint’s existing clients, as well as developing working relationships with new businesses in the Building Services sector. Alongside this, I lead our Employee Engagement Team, ensuring that everyone is able to contribute their ideas towards improving the services Blueprint offer.

In my spare time, I am an avid film fan that enjoys global travel, eating out and 6 aside football!

Leanne Moore

Senior Specialist Recruiter

I joined Blueprint Recruitment back in 2022 as a Specialist Recruiter on the Building Services team. Since, I have progressed to Senior Specialist Recruiter within the first 18 months of my role! I take immense pride in my job, building relationships with candidates and connecting them with companies that suit their background and requirements.

The best thing about being part of the Blueprint team is the support and guidance from Senior members of staff which enables me to learn and evolve within my role. The company perks such as wellness days and quarterly celebrations are well worth a mention too!

My biggest accomplishment in life is owning my own home as well as raising my son who makes me proud daily. I enjoy spending my free time with my partner, son and extended family, as well as maintaining a great social life with my close circle of friends which I am a firm believer is so important in life! I am interested in fashion (with a slight shopping addiction) and dare I say it; reality TV! A fun fact about me – I played ‘Shoulders’ in the stage show Bugsy Malone and my name hit the headlines!

Athena Antoniou

I Joined Blueprint Recruitment back in 2020 as a Specialist Recruiter on the Building Services team and was recently promoted to Senior Specialist Recruiter in 2024 after almost 6 years working in the Recruitment industry.

For me, the best thing about Blueprint is the people I work with. Having close friends at work and a support system around you are always a huge bonus, especially when you spend a large proportion of your life with your work colleagues. I continuously learn from everyone around me, and absolutely love how close we all are as a wider team!

Some of my biggest achievements in life have been buying my house back in 2022, being promoted to Senior Recruiter and getting married to my long-term partner in the Summer of 2024.

When I’m not working, I love to bake (brownies and banana bread are my go-to), listen to true-crime podcasts (the scarier, the better), and spend time with my husband and friends eating good food!

Megan Muff

Senior Specialist Recruiter

I work as a Senior Specialist Recruiter within Blueprint Recruitment across the Building Services Team. I joined the company back in early 2022, and in under two years I was promoted to Senior! Whilst being at Blueprint, I have been able to purchase my own property, which would have taken years to achieve if I hadn’t been pushed and motivated by my managers. The hard work really does pay off.

For me, the best thing about the Blueprint team is the cross-team support across the business. Although we have separate areas to focus on, all senior staff are available to support any member of staff.

When I am not at work, I enjoy playing netball every week and watching football - LFC fan! And of course, spending time with my friends and family. Something interesting about me is that I am ambidextrous!

Luke Rees

Recruitment Consultant

I joined Blueprint around a year ago in 2023 as a Recruitment Consultant and now spend the vast majority of my time liaising with prospective and existing clients over the phone, building relationships and servicing their recruitment requirements.

I am very proud to be a part of Blueprint’s excellent Building Services Team and work alongside some of the company’s most experienced and knowledgeable staff members. Alongside this, my favourite part of working for the business is the great deal of autonomy and responsibility we’re given to deliver the job. When a positive result is achieved, you’re able to see how your actions have directly impacted this!

Outside of work, I enjoy going out for food, travelling and spending time with my girlfriend. I am also a keen skier and completed a ski season in the French Alps before starting with Blueprint!

Maisie Coleman

Specialist Recruiter

What I enjoy most about being part of the Blueprint team, is the constant on the job training and support provided by my managers. Working with industry professionals gives me insight into the best approached to being a better recruiter. As a Specialist Contract Recruiter, specifically working in Blueprint’s Civil, Structural & Architecture team, my role is to find suitable candidates for our client’s requirements. This includes managing the candidate process from initial screening call, interview prep and feedback and negotiating offers.

My biggest achievement in life so far would be graduating from university in 2021, despite the constraints of COVID-19! In my spare time, I enjoy socialising with my friends, and love to online shop, probably a bit too much! I am also an avid Manchester City fan.

Mira Sutton

After relocating from Buckinghamshire to study in Portsmouth, I was eager to kickstart my career post-graduation. Now, I'm proud to be part of the Civil, Structural & Architecture team at Blueprint, as a Specialist Recruiter.

Beyond the office, you'll often find me staying active with runs and rugby matches. And when it's time to unwind, there's nothing better than enjoying the company of friends and loved ones, preferably in a sunny pub garden.

I'm a Specialist Recruiter at Blueprint, joining the team in September 2023 after leaving college and my part-time job as an Electronic Assembly Operator. I was drawn to recruitment because I enjoy connecting with people, and the idea of communicating over the phone intrigued me as a career path.

Outside of work, I love spending time with friends and family, as well as taking long walks outdoors. It's a great way for me to unwind and enjoy nature.

I am a Specialist Recruiter here at Blueprint as part of the Process and Energy team. The key aspect of my role is sourcing the best candidates possible to fill the roles our clients task us with.

I’m happy with the continuous development I have seen at Blueprint, and there is plenty more I would like to achieve within the business.

I would say the best thing about being part of the team is the people. We have a lot of like-minded individuals with similar goals and aspirations. I learn a lot from the senior members of the business, and I have a lot of qualities that align with individuals at a similar career stage as mine. Blueprint has helped to shape me into the professional recruiter that I am today and continues to foster my growth as an individual, pushing me to the best of abilities.

I am a big foodie, I love football (Liverpool) and I train Muay Thai most days. A fun fact about me is that I can play more than one instrument!

I became part of Blueprint in August 2023, stepping into the role of a Specialist Recruiter following the completion of my master’s degree in Sport Management. Conversations with industry friends sparked my interest in recruitment, as it resonated deeply with my values and aspirations. My role involves sourcing candidates across the Water & Environmental sectors and placing them into leading contractors, consultancies, and clients across the UK.

Beyond the office I enjoy going to the gym and watching football, alongside spending lots of time walking and relaxing at the beach.

After four years of playing professional football for Reading, where I became the youngest player on their first team, I felt it was time for a change. With family ties in the recruitment industry, I decided to give it a shot. Fast-forward 12 years, and I've gained extensive recruitment experience. In November 2023, I joined Blueprint for the exciting opportunities it offered.

As a Specialist Permanent Recruiter, my role involves matching qualified professionals with permanent positions from our clients.

The best thing about being a part of the Blueprint team is the motivation you receive from everyone around you. Everyone works to the best of their abilities every day. I joined Blueprint in 2023, initially as an Internal Recruiter. Here, I found my passion for talking to all kinds of people, and decided after 6 months that I would transition into external recruitment. I am now part of Blueprint’s Built Environment Permanent team as a Specialist Recruiter, where I focus on matching top talent within the right opportunities in the industry.

My biggest accomplishment in life would be graduating in 2022 and moving out into my own place. Some interesting facts about me are that I love to sing and I am a major cat fanatic! In my spare time I love to go out for food, and I also enjoy a long, relaxing walk.

Since joining Blueprint in October 2023, I've had the opportunity to develop a diverse range of skills. Beginning as a Team Administrator, I have worked my way up to Specialist Permanent Recruiter and now recruit for a diverse range of exciting roles in the Civil, Structural and Architecture sectors.

I initially discovered Blueprint in 2022 during a work experience placement while studying for my A-levels. After enjoying my time at Blueprint, I reached out to explore potential opportunities once I finished my studies.

Here at Blueprint, I am a Senior Accounts Assistant. I joined in 2021 after completing my degree in Business Management.

Within the account department, I am responsible for the company’s Credit Control and I am also a member of the payroll team.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing badminton with my friends, spending time with my family and wedding planning as I have recently got engaged!

Stefan Mieres

Senior Stefan Developer

With over a decade of experience in the IT industry, I hold two degrees: one in BSc Software Engineering and another in BSc Computer Networks from Portsmouth University. My professional journey has taken me across Spain, Venezuela, and England, where I’ve had the opportunity to work with diverse teams and tackle various projects.

Currently, I’ve been part of the Blueprint team for three years, contributing to innovative solutions and driving project success. My initial aspiration was to become a commercial pilot, but my passion for technology led me to focus on Computer Networks instead, a decision I’ve never regretted.

Outside of work, I’m an avid motorbike enthusiast and a regular at the gym. I also have a deep love for football and proudly support the greatest team in the world, Real Madrid. Whether coding, training, or cheering for my team, I approach every challenge with enthusiasm and dedication.

Olivia Haworth

Marketing Executive

After graduating from the University of Sussex in 2023, I joined Blueprint Recruitment as a Marketing Assistant. Since being in my role, I have had the opportunity to really kick-start the marketing initiatives here at Blueprint, working on some fantastic projects including crafting a new brand strategy and leading a content revamp across our social media platforms.

What I am currently most proud of is devising two amazing employee benefits packages, The Blueprint Benefits Menu and Bucket List, and it’s been fantastic seeing these unique offerings in action. What I enjoy most about being part of the Blueprint Team is the people and the environment. The team is incredibly supportive, and the collaborative atmosphere makes every day enjoyable and engaging.

Outside of the office, I love to go to the gym and spend time with my friends and family. I am also trying to become a better cook, but it’s definitely a work in progress!

Imogen Dunning

Accounts Assistant

My role at Blueprint is an Accounts Assistant. Being part of Blueprint team means that there is never a dull day, especially in the accounts team. The office is a great sociable atmosphere and fosters a great working environment with fantastic social events, a friendly office culture, and supportive management.

My biggest accomplishment since joining is learning how to use the index match function on excel, and then promptly applying it to every spreadsheet I could! Outside of work I run a fully subscribed Brownie unit, and spend a lot of weekends with various parts of my Girlguiding family. In my spare time, I love to read, visit National Trust properties, and complete jigsaw puzzles.

Harriet Waldron

Internal Recruiter

As the Internal Recruiter at Blueprint Recruitment Solutions, I am the first point of contact for all applicants seeking career opportunities with our company. My role involves managing the recruitment process, from initial enquiries to final onboarding, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all candidates. I am dedicated to identifying top talent and matching candidates to roles that align with their skills and aspirations, to ensure the ongoing success and growth of Blueprint.

I joined the company back in 2023 after graduating from the Royal Agricultural University where I studied Applied Equine Science and Business. Outside of work I spend most of my time with horses, I love competing, specifically Eventing.

Beyond that, I love spending what time I have left socializing with my friends, especially over a crisp glass of Rose!

Matt O'Brien

Administrator

Here at Blueprint, I do Compliance. I ensure we have all the relevant documents for our contracts and that they are legally compliant. My biggest accomplishment in life so far has been obtaining my law degree. Outside of work I enjoy playing football, running, and gaming. I also love to cook and read. A fun fact about me is that I have never broken a bone!

For me, the best thing about being a part of the Blueprint team is the people and the laughs that my team and I have on a daily basis.
