Here at Blueprint Recruitment we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading water treatment company in a permanent position. As the successful candidate you will be required to work on a hybrid basis from our client’s office in London. This is a great opportunity to work on major water treatment projects.
-Competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £70,000 depending on experience.

Key responsibilities will include:
-Drive safe, high-quality project delivery through effective BMS implementation and compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
-Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and proper resource management.
-Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support collaboration and uphold the company’s reputation.
-Provide technical and professional leadership, staying current with industry practices and promoting continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
Essential:
-Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary design and construction projects.
-Qualified in engineering, construction, or commercial discipline, with PMQ or equivalent certification.
-Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; capable of driving delivery to time, cost, and quality targets.
-Skilled in contract management (NEC/IChemE), governance reviews, risk & opportunity management, and H&S compliance (including CDM).
-Background in delivering water treatment plant projects.
Desirable:
-Chartered professional, or working towards chartership, within a recognised engineering, commercial, or construction institution.
