DESIGN MANAGER

London | Permanent
£70,000 - £90,000 per Annum

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Design Manager to join a leading design and build provider in the water sector. This is a permanent, hybrid role based in London, requiring in-office presence 50% of the time over a two-week period. Key Responsibilities: -Excellence in Health and Safety, complying fully with relevant local specifications, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of all relevant regulations. -Lead the design team in delivery of their responsibilities and ensure a focused approach to meet project objectives and customer requirements. -Accountability for expenditure, drive efficiency and manage overall outturn costs for design with the production of design deliverables. -Ensure all technical work is undertaken to the correct standards and specifications. -Maintain a positive and solution-orientated approach to work, providing honest feedback. -Contribution to achieving sustainability targets, with key focus on reducing embodied and operational Carbon Footprints of solutions. -To organise all elements of design, documenting it in the Design Management Plan and preparing monthly status update reports as necessary. SENIOR ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

London | Contract
£400 - £450 per Day

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join a leading mechanical and electrical contractor in a long-term contract position. As the successful candidate you will be required to work on a hybrid basis (3 days a week) on site in Central London. This is a great opportunity to work on a range of residential projects, with an experienced and motivating team. -Competitive daily rate of £400-£450 (depending on experience). Key responsibilities: -Design electrical systems for buildings and infrastructure. -Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and specifications. -Liaise with the BIM Team and site installation team. -Ensure compliance with regulations and sustainability targets. -Support project delivery from concept to completion. SUSTAINABILITY CONSULTANT

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions are looking for a sustainability Consultant to work with an engineering consultancy within the built environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. This role is a Permanent full-time on-site position in London. Key Responsibilities: -Manage the overall delivery of sustainability service streams. -Coordinate the brief, obligations, and deliverables of sub- consultants. -Assist the building and recruiting sustainability team. -Provide a holistic advisory role to assess the sustainability opportunities and risks for all projects in the practice. -Preparation including whole life carbon assessments, circular economy statements, sustainability assessments, energy statements etc. -Ability to prepare high-quality presentation material using Bluebeam, PowerPoint AutoCAD and other similar annotation packages. PROJECT MANAGER

PRINCIPAL DESIGNER

Attention all Principal Designers! We are looking for a highly skilled Principal Designer to join a well-established architectural practice, in a part-time contract role outside IR35. Our client is also seeking Principal Designers with an architectural background for a full-time contract role, also outside IR35. You will be required to work 3 days a week on site in Mayfair, working on a large-scale project in London on stages 3-4. Key Responsibilities: -Lead the planning, management, monitoring and coordination of health and safety in the RIBA stages 3-4. -Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and the internal team, promoting an investigatory and inclusive design process. -Ensure that all deliverables (drawing packages, details, specifications) meet the highest standards.
