REVIT MEP TECHNICIAN

Attention all Revit MEP Technicians! We are looking for multiple experienced Revit MEP Technician to join a well-established M&E contractor in a permanent position. You will be required to work from our client’s head office in London, and work from home twice a month. This is a great opportunity to work on a range of refurbishment, hotels and fit-out projects from consultancy to instalment stage, with an experienced and motivating team. -Competitive salary ranging from £40,000-£50,000 (depending on experience). -Hybrid working arrangement, company pension scheme, generous annual leave. Key Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain intelligent Revit MEP content (families, templates, etc.). -Assist in testing and validating Revit-based software tools. -Collaborate with developers to optimise user workflows and usability. -Provide technical insight on MEP standards, modelling techniques, and best practices. -Participate in QA processes to ensure high-quality software delivery. MEP PROJECT MANAGER

Calling all MEP Project Managers! Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to join a well-established construction company, in a permanent position. The successful candidate will be required to work on a hybrid basis, around the London area, as a part of a roaming role, with no set location. Within this role, you will be supporting the delivery teams on projects, such as Union Park and Alliance Park, as an active member of a skilled and motivated team. -Competitive salary ranging from £80,000-£90,000 (depending on experience). -Company pension scheme, generous annual leave, and ongoing career development opportunities. Responsibilities: -Provide on-going support to delivery teams on several live projects, like Union Park and Alliance Park. -Manage the end-to-end delivery of MEP packages, from design and planning to installation, commissioning, and final handover. -Keep track of programme, budget, and quality, whilst also managing risk, to ensure the project is following specifications and regulations. -Support and promote the MEP subcontractors’ performance, ensuring health and safety standards are being followed. -Provide additional support to commercial teams with change management, procurement, and cost control. -Manage the delivery of complex, high-specification projects across a variety of sectors, including data centres. Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a driven and experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join a leading engineering consultancy, in a contract position, outside IR35, with the potential to become long-term or permanent. The successful candidate will be working on a Hybrid basis, working 3-4 days, or more, from our client’s London office. You will have the opportunity to join a motivating team to work on a 900-bed hotel project, working at stage 5. -Competitive hourly rate of £40-£44 (depending on experience). -Hybrid working arrangement.
