Are you a talented Electrical Design Engineer seeking a new career opportunity? Blueprint Recruitment would like to discuss a fantastic permanent role with one of our leading clients. This position offers the chance to work on a variety of diverse and innovative projects while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working, with up to three days per week in the client's London office.
Our client is a well-established and highly respected engineering consultancy, known for delivering excellent electrical design solutions across sectors including property and real estate, education, leisure, and the public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
-Design and specify electrical systems, including power, lighting, fire alarms, and other electrical components.
-Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and calculations.
-Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
-Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
-Provide technical support to clients, assisting with and resolving issues as they arise.
-Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery and integration of systems.
Key Requirements:
-A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
-Proven experience in electrical design engineering.
-Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
-Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
