Responsibilities: -Manage and monitor the delivery of high-functioning engineering solutions to ensure client requirements, regulations, standards, and targets are being met. -Hold accountability for project budgeting, resource planning, and forecasting, for the technical services team, promoting business growth and effective project delivery. -Oversee, support, and guide a specialist technical services team, across a range of disciplines, promoting collaboration, innovation, and performance development. -Conduct frequent peer reviews, technical assurance, and quality assurance processes, allowing for ongoing compliance, accuracy, efficiency, and consistency. -Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to identify engineering strategies, deliver cost-effective and constructable solutions, and manage risks. -Drive ongoing project development strategies, focusing on advancing design processes, standards, and methodologies, ensuring sustainability and efficiency.
