Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a Senior/Principal Public Health Engineer to be an active member of a well-established engineering consultancy, in a permanent position. Within this role, the successful candidate will be required to work on a hybrid basis from our client’s office, located near Bournemouth and Reading. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of public health projects, as a part of a skilled and dynamic team of engineers. As a part of their extensive benefit scheme, our client also offers their employees the opportunity to work 9 days a fortnight, gaining one day off every 2 weeks. -Competitive salary ranging from £40,000-£65,000 (depending on experience). -Company pension scheme, generous annual leave, and ongoing career development opportunities. Responsibilities: -Create a variety of public health systems for several building projects, with a focus on drainage, waste, and water. -Produce detailed drawings, reports, and specifications, and ensure that the project remains in compliance with regulations and practices. - Work alongside multidisciplinary teams, other professionals, and clients to produce design solutions. -Assist in the creation of sustainable water design solutions, such as water reuse systems, resource conservation strategies, and efficient plumbing. -Perform site visits, ensuring the project is progressing well, support commissioning, and settle project queries. -Lead and guide junior engineers ensuring positive team development. Calling all motivated BIM Coordinators! We are working in tandem with an established, global M&E consultancy, who are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their project team, in a permanent position. Our client is looking for you to bring your skills and expertise to their organisation, working from their London office on a hybrid basis on a variety of complex Data Centre projects. -Competitive salary of £40,000-£50,000 (depending on experience). -Ongoing professional development opportunities, hybrid working arrangements, pension scheme, bonus schemes, and more. Responsibilities: -Manage and produce detailed BIM designs, whilst liaising with multidisciplinary project professionals, allowing for designs to adhere to client needs. -Run frequent clash detection assessments to locate issues pre-emptively, maintaining quality assurance throughout. -Ensure that all project documentation is maintained and kept up to date, within the Common Data Environment. -Conduct frequent coordination meetings with project teams, clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. This organisation is offering the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, with a frequent presence at their main office. The chosen candidate will be able to expand their experience and expertise through a variety of Data Centre projects. Responsibilities: -Create intricate electrical system designs and specifications, for a variety of Data Centre projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements. -Maintain compliance with current regulations, standards, and project requirements, ensuring designs are efficient and promote sustainability. -Coordinate with multidisciplinary professional teams to ensure all design elements are integrated accurately, following specifications. -Assist with the implementation of drawings, as-built documentation, commissioning, and submittals, within the construction stage. -Assess designs for risks and errors, whilst presenting mitigation, and ensuring that the project is delivered in a timely manner, sticking to project budgets. You will be required to work on site in London 5 days a week. You will be required to attend Heathrow 4-5 days a week.
