As the selected Architectural Technologist, you will be working as part of a professional and friendly team, who all offer a personal approach through both the design and construction process! Key responsibilities: Prepare working drawings and assist with standard design details. Report on individual working drawings programs, ensuring projects progress in a timely manner in line with the agreed business plan. Coordinate with external consultants to ensure all necessary working drawings and supporting information are provided according to the agreed program and meet appropriate standards. Reviewing the Supplier’s Inspection and Test Plans to determine the requirements for witnessing. Witnessing on-site testing and commissioning, and maintaining accurate records of the results. Identifying and reporting any defects as per the Contract, ensuring that the work standards and materials provided by the contractor meet the specifications outlined in the Contract. Monitoring the progress of the work and advising the Client Project Manager of any risks and issues.
