Outstanding opportunity to join an excellent multidisciplinary consultancy, providing services to transform the built environment and restore the natural environment. They have previously worked on a wide variety of projects across many sectors primarily Education, Offices, Residential, Stadiums, Hospitals and Pharmaceutical project sectors. Due to increased workload, our client is seeking a MEP Resident Engineer to join the Building Services Team.

As a successful candidate you will join their existing project team in the North West on an initial 6 month contract. As the selected MEP Resident Engineer, you will be involved in liaising with the client based on site in North West, with the projected duration of the project being upwards of 18 months.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in MEP supervision of pharmaceutical or laboratory facilities, and/or major hospitals including complex building services installations.

  • Knowledge of the Good Practice quality guidelines (GxP) adopted for pharmaceutical projects would be preferable.

  • Certification as NEC 4 site supervisor would be an advantage

  • Vibrant individuals with strong Building Services and design engineering background

  • Ability to work independently on site.

  • Experience of working on commercial, new build and refurbishment projects

  • First-rate communication skills with the ability to liaise with the design teams & engineers

  • Excellent time management skills, demonstrating the ability to meet project deadlines

  • Drive and determination

  • Highly motivated with the drive to take on new challenges


    As the ideal applicant will be Chartered & will currently be operating as an MEP Resident Engineer for a consultancy on a UK commercial project. The ideal candidate would also be available or be in a position to start at the beginning of October.
