We are looking for a dynamic person with a strong background within Facilities Management to join the Bids and Tenders team to help develop FM Estimates, Cost Schedules and business Development activities for Facilities across the Defence, Pharmaceutical and NHS care sectors.

You will work closely with the Finance, Procurement, Operations, Business Development and Facilities Management team, using your FM knowledge to co-ordinate accurate Estimates and Cost Models to deliver successful bids.

This is a Work from Home opportunity, initially offered on a 6 month contract but could develop into a longer term or even a permanent opportunity.

We do require someone with a good understanding and proven track record within Facilities Management, a head for figures and commercial awareness. You will also be a team player, strong communicator with an interest or delivering FM to the industry sectors mentioned above.

You will be joining a large international organisation that’s operates across a number of key and critical sectors, and your input will help the business deliver high levels of FM to these sectors.
