This role offers hybrid working, with three days in the office (either in London or Manchester). Key Responsibilities: -Support the lead engineer in growing the water business by working on projects with both UK and global clients. -Carry out process audits, investigations, feasibility studies, and design work for drinking water treatment plants and related systems. -Present ideas, concepts, and proposals to clients. -Participate in meetings with clients and offer technical insights. -Ensure that all work complies with industry standards, safety, and environmental regulations. -Manage project timelines and ensure processes are completed on time and within budget. Key Requirements: -A degree in engineering. -Chartered Engineer status or a relevant engineering qualification is preferred. -Experience in the water utilities sector, particularly drinking water, is preferred but not required. -Skills in process design, including mass balances and P&ID diagrams. -Strong numerical skills and a flexible, problem-solving approach. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
