Attention all Architects!

Blueprint Recruitment are looking to speak with seasoned Architects about a fantastic new opportunity in London or Manchester. Our client is an award winning architectural and urban design practice, who are searching for a motivated Architect to work on an exciting international transportation project. If selected, you will be required to operate on a hybrid basis, attending either office 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Developing and maintaining positive client relations

·         Producing Architectural drawings, plans and Elevations

·         Collaborate with Clients and Stakeholders to understand project requirements

·         Create detailed designs to the relevant standards and procedures

·         Develop construction drawings, specifications and technical documentation

·         Ensure high standards of design throughout all projects

Key Requirements:

·         Revit experience is essential

·         Proficiency in BIM Software: Navisworks, Dynamo and Autodesk

·         Construction Cloud experience is an advantage.

·         Grasshopper and Rhino experience is an advantage

·         Strong design and technical skills

·         Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines

·         Prior experience in preparing and presenting design proposals and documentation

·         Excellent communication skills
