Blueprint Recruitment is looking to speak with experienced Architectural Technicians and Part 2 Architects to join a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy on a long-term contract basis. Working on high-profile projects in the MOD, MOJ, and Life Sciences sectors, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and extensive Revit expertise who can work efficiently on detailed design projects. You should have experience working in highly regulated industries and a strong understanding of Stage 4 design. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.

Candidates with transferable skills from Industrial, Data Centres, Infrastructure, or Transport projects are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Work on Stage 4 design across complex, technical projects.
• Develop detailed technical drawings and documentation using Revit.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Attend site visits and client meetings as required.

Requirements:

• Extensive Revit experience – essential.
• Background as a Part 2 Architect or Architectural Technician.
• Experience working on MOD, MOJ, Life Sciences or related sectors such as Industrial, Data Centres, Infrastructure, or Transport.
• Must be eligible for SC clearance.
• Ability to commute to site one day per week.
