Blueprint Recruitment have an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician to join a multi-disciplinary architectural practice on a permanent. This position provides a fantastic opportunity for the selected candidate to work on a variety of exciting Data Centre and Commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to attend the London office on a hybrid basis.

They are committed to delivering high quality, cost effective solutions by applying excellence in leadership, management, sustainability and design.

Key responsibilities include:

·         Utilise BIM software, such as Revit, to develop 3D models of buildings and structures, enabling a more comprehensive understanding of the project

·         Support the design team through later stages

·         Participate in design and technician review

·         Help maintain strong client relations

·         Coordinate with different discipline

·         Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a strong team ( added to the end)

Experience/requirements:

·         Prior experience working as an Architectural Technician/Technologist

·         Revit software knowledge/experience essential

·         Open to obtaining a Revit Licence

·         Degree in Architecture or relevant field

·         Experience working on Data Centre and Commercial projects
