Blueprint Recruitment have an exciting new opportunity for a talented Architectural Technician to join a leading architectural practice in London. Our client is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join their team on a long-term contract basis.. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting aviation projects, contributing to complex designs and showcasing your Revit expertise. While aviation experience is preferred, candidates with a background in large-scale projects such as industrial, data centres, or stadiums are also encouraged to apply. This is a full time position where the successful candidate will be expected to operate on a hybrid basis, attending the office 4 times per week.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed Stage 4 designs using Revit for aviation and other major infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
• Participate in project coordination and client discussions as needed.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Revit.
• Strong Stage 4 design experience, ideally within aviation or similar large-scale projects.
• Background in sectors such as rail, education, or hospitality is a bonus.
• Open to experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistants with significant Revit and project experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
