Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an Associate Director to join a multidisciplinary construction Consultancy, on a permanent staff basis.

If selected, you will be required to attend the Manchester office on a hybrid basis to work on Infrastructure projects across a range of sectors, including, Residential, Custodial, Healthcare and Education.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Leading major projects

·         Ensure excellent service delivery to clients

·         Co-ordinate project resource

·         Liaising directly with clients

·         Produce fee proposals relating to the project

Key Requirements:

·         Experience in a range of projects

·         Prior experience liaising with clients

·         Good knowledge of industry design software packages such as Microdrainage, Civil3D and AutoCAD

·         A degree in a relevant field

·         A chartered Engineer status

·         Excellent interpersonal skills

·         Highways and Drainage experience is essential
