Blueprint Recruitment have a fantastic new opportunity for a BIM Coordinator to join a leading M&E contractor on a long-term contract basis. The successful candidate will be able to attend the Manchester based site 2-3 days per week to work on an exciting stadium project.

Our client is a leading specialist in mechanical and electrical services, delivering innovative engineering solutions across a variety of sectors, including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and industrial projects. With a strong reputation for quality and reliability, they are known for their expertise in designing, installing, and maintaining complex building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily management of the BIM project data sets/workflows, including, clash detection
• Prepare project BIM execution plans
• Setting up and managing the delivery of drawings and models for complex projects
• Working closely with instructed CAD Bureau
• Implement quality control and monitor compliance
• Oversee the implementation of BIM standards and processes
• Provide support and guidance to the BIM team

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency using Revit MEP, Navisworks and ACC
• Stage 5 coordination experience
• Proven experience in project BIM delivery
• Prior experience working on large, complex projects
