Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are exclusively recruiting for a Revit MEP Coordinator contract position with one of the UK’s most successful Building Services Contractors.

Our client are an industry leader and provide digital capabilities to some of the most prestigious projects in London. Due to an extensive workbook for 2025, they are recruiting for multiple Revit MEP Coordinator positions in London.

Working as a Revit MEP Coordinator you will work on various projects including Commercial offices, Data Centres, and Healthcare facilities, and be responsible for detailed coordination of MEP Revit models.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordination of MEP services to installation detail using Revit MEP
• Clash detection reviews using Navisworks and preparing progress reports for clients
• Ensuring that projects are delivered within specified timeframes
• Maintaining compliance with the client’s protocols and standards.
• Reviewing and analysing documents and designs to maintain accuracy.
• Attending project meetings when necessary.

Key requirements:

• History of working as a Revit MEP Coordinator with UK MEP Contractors
• Extensive experience using Revit MEP, Navisworks and BIM Collaborate Pro/BIM 360
• Understanding of current UK building regulations and legislation.
• Ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders, including clients and other design teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
