Blueprint Recruitment is offering a fantastic opportunity for a BIM Lead to join a well-established contractor on a long-term contract basis, working on an exciting leisure project involving a stadium complex. This position is based in Manchester with hybrid flexibility (2-3 days per week on-site).

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the BIM implementation on-site, ensuring project compliance with all standards and protocols.
- Coordinate Revit MEP models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the project’s BIM Execution Plan.
- Manage clash detection and resolution processes, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Supervise the production of 3D models and ensure they meet client and project requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Liaise with the design and site teams to ensure efficient collaboration and smooth integration of BIM workflows.
- Deliver progress updates and ensure timely submission of all BIM deliverables.
- Responsible for Overseeing bureaus and re-coordinating where necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a BIM Lead or similar role within the construction sector.
- Expertise in Revit MEP, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality models.
- Experience working with contractors on leisure, hospitality, or complex projects is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with BIM standards and protocols, including BS1192 and ISO 19650.
- Ability to manage and coordinate BIM activities across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in clash detection and model auditing.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to engage with project stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work on-site in Manchester 2-3 days per week.
