Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a BIM Specialist to join a leading Architectural Practice on a contract basis, outside IR35.

This opportunity offers the flexibility to work on a remote and part time basis!

Due to our client’s continued growth, they are searching for a BIM Specialist to join their Engineering team to manage and coordinate BIM processes and technologies across Residential and Commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and deliver BIM execution plans

· Collaborate with project teams to establish BIM requirements and protocols

· Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews to identify issues   

· Provide training and support to more junior staff members

· Implement quality assurance processes to validate BIM models

· Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related inquiries

· Produce regular reports and dashboards to track project progress

Key Requirements:

· A degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field

· A chartered Architect status is preferred

· Proven experience working as a BIM Specialist

· Proficiency in Revit

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

· Strong BIM understanding
