Attention all motivated MEP CAD Managers!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are recruiting for an exclusive MEP CAD Manager contract position with a leading UK Contractor.

Our client are an industry leader and provide digital capabilities to some of the most prestigious projects in London. Due to an extensive workbook for 2025, they are recruiting for an experienced MEP CAD Manager in London.

Working as the MEP CAD Manager you will be managing a prestigious project in Central London alongside a dedicated Digital Construction Team reporting to the Divisional Digital Lead.

Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing stage 5 coordination working alongside Design Managers, Technical Services Manager’s and the Construction team.
• Managing multiple trade Contractor coordination and ultimately drawing delivery against the pre-construction programme.
• Overseeing the data deliverables and model validation
• Identifying and resolving design and spatial fit issues and elevating these to the design team where necessary.
• Chairing workshop meetings with clients and Contractors.

Key requirements:

• Construction experience is essential, and an MEP bias preferred.
• History of managing projects for Contractors
• Experienced with standard Autodesk AEC software packages and Revizto experience would be advantageous
• Understanding of current UK building regulations and legislation.
• Ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders, including clients and other design teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
