Calling all Civil Engineers!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer to work alongside a reputable engineering and architecture consultancy on a long-term contract basis. Located in London, this is a brilliant opportunity for the selected candidate to work on various Mission Critical projects. If successful, you will be required to operate on a hybrid basis, attending the office 2 days per week.

As a renowned engineering and architecture consultancy, our client specialises in planning and designing the sustainable communities and cities of the future. They have expertise across a variety of sectors, including Water, Energy, Transportation and Architecture. Due to their increasing workload, they are on the hunt for a talented Civil Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team to undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.
• Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.
  Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.
• Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Adhere to quality assurance standards in design.

Key requirements

• Software knowledge Civil 3D and particularly Microdrainage.
• Civil Engineering degree
• Experience in design delivery within a large project in the Mission Critical or similar sector.
