Based in North Cambridge, our client is seeking a Coordination Manager to oversee MEP coordination from Stage 3 to Stage 5. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise and project management skills.

They are now looking for a Coordination Manager to join their team and play a key role in driving project success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee MEP coordination from design to installation, ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Utilise Revit MEP and Navisworks to manage and review models.
• Manage email trails, technical submissions, and ensure clear communication with internal and external BIM delivery teams.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and project teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in MEP coordination (Stage 3-5).
• Proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• Strong organisational skills to manage project documentation and communication.
• Ability to oversee BIM teams and ensure alignment with project goals.
