Blueprint Recruitment has a new opportunity for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join a leading M&E Specialist Subcontractor on a contract basis, outside IR35.

Based in London, this is a brilliant opportunity to work on a major Data Centre project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimations for Electrical projects whilst also interpreting blueprints and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review project plans and specifications to understand the scope of work

· Prepare detailed cost estimates for Electrical projects

· Analyse and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project requirements

· Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers and other team members to develop accurate estimates

· Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements

· Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and tender documents

Key Requirements:

· A degree in Engineering

· Extensive experience in Electrical Estimating

· Strong knowledge of Electrical systems and materials

· Previous Data Centre experience

· Attention to detail skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects
