Electrical Associates required!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are searching for a dynamic Electrical Associate to join a leading Engineering Consultancy, on a permanent basis in Bromley.

If selected, you will be responsible for overseeing Electrical Engineering projects whilst ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality designs and solutions across Healthcare, Residential and Education projects.

Our client is looking to expand their experienced team due to an increasing demand for their, Design, Construction Monitoring and Energy Certification services for all Mechanical and Electrical Engineering systems, in the following sectors, Retail, Commercial, Leisure and Industrial.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage Electrical Engineering projects from conception through completion

· Review design documents, calculations, and specifications to ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and requirements

· Provide technical guidance and support to project teams

· Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices

· Develop and maintain strong client relationships

· Implement quality assurance measures to mitigate risks

· Participate in client meetings, interviews and presentations

· Stay abreast of relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards

· Ensure designs comply with applicable codes and regulations

Key Requirements:

· Degree qualified in Engineering or similar field

· Extensive experience in Electrical Engineering

· Demonstratable leadership and team management skills

· Proven experience leading and managing Electrical Engineering projects from conception to completion

· Strong technical proficiency in electrical design software and calculation tools

· Detail-oriented mindset

· In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and components
