Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to join a specialist water firm, in a permanent position. You will be required to work in a hybrid position, from one of our clients’ offices UK wide.

This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting water projects with a motivating and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design and develop electrical systems for water and wastewater treatment projects.

-Produce detailed electrical drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation.

-Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and health & safety requirements.

-Work closely with other engineering disciplines and external stakeholders.

-Support site visits, commissioning, and timely delivery of design projects.

What we are looking for:

-Degree or HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering (or related field).

-Experience in electrical design, preferably in the water or utilities sector.

-Familiarity with BS7671, IET Wiring Regulations, and CDM standards.

-Skilled in AutoCAD and electrical design software such as Amtech or ETAP.

-Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
