Our client is a reputable water company, specialising in the cost-effective treatment of water and wastewater. Headquartered in London, they are an award-winning organisation with a global reach, having deployed their cutting-edge technologies at over 100 sites worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the organisation with professionalism, ensuring the brand and reputation remain industry-leading.
• Champion safety by identifying and mitigating risks, contributing to an impeccable safety record.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver engineering designs, calculations, and project deliverables to the highest standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, fostering trust and loyalty while maintaining ethical standards.
• Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including programme, budget, scope, and quality, ensuring seamless execution and reporting to senior management.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including authorising orders, invoices, and variations while monitoring performance.
• Provide clear leadership, guiding teams through changes without compromising safety, ethics, or quality.

Experience & Skills

• Proven success in similar roles, preferably within the water industry.
• Experience leading professional engineering teams on complex projects.
• Expertise in financial management, project planning, and programming.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience managing overseas projects is desirable but not essential.
• Able to travel to Bahrain once every 6 weeks, covered by the client.
