Calling all Associate Mechanicals!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Associate Mechanical to join a leading Engineering consultant company, in a permanent role, to lead and manage a variety of mechanical design projects, based in the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will be working three days a week from our client’s London office, on a hybrid basis.

This role offers a chance to take lead on high-profile projects while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a motivating team.

-Competitive Salary of £75,000-£85,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

-Lead mechanical design and analysis for projects, ensuring high technical standards and client satisfaction.

-Guide and mentor junior engineers and provide technical support.

-Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.

-Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

What We Are Looking For:

-Previous experience in mechanical engineering, ideally in building services or consultancy.

-Have a proficient knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, and relevant design software (AutoCAD, Revit).

-Experience working on live Data Centre projects is ideal.

-Proven leadership skills with experience managing projects and teams.

-Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders constructively.
