Attention all Associate Mechanical Engineers!

We are currently looking for a skilled Associate Mechanical Design Engineer, to join a well-established engineering consultancy, as a member of their mission critical team, in a permanent role. Within this role, you would be required to work from our client’s London office, on a hybrid basis whilst managing and overseeing a variety of complex projects.

-Competitive salary ranging from £75,000-£85,000 (depending on experience).

Responsibilities:

-Build and maintain strong client relationships to support future opportunities.

-Lead large-scale projects, serving as the main client contact and coordinating all disciplines.

-Define project briefs, ensure profitable delivery, and manage quality and risk.

-Oversee and prioritise team workload, effectively delegating and reviewing work.

-Support team development through mentoring and building high-performing teams.

What We Are Looking For:

-Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer delivering complex projects, preferably Data Centres.

-Strong knowledge and understanding of mechanical services, including HVAC systems.

-Skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, and familiar with relevant British Standards.

-Effective communicator with experience in multidisciplinary, consultancy environments.
