Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are working with a leading, multidisciplinary Consultancy who are looking for a skilled Electrical Associate to be part of their well-established team.

Our client is offering a talented individual the opportunity to join their London team on a hybrid basis whilst working on a variety of education, defence, commercial and residential projects. 

-Competitive salary ranging from £80,000-£90,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage multidisciplinary design teams through a variety of projects, ensuring efficient delivery across all RIBA design stages.

-Act as the lead engineer whilst being responsible for electrical building services concept and detailed design.

-Guide and support junior engineers, whilst overseeing team performance.

-Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals, such as architects, contractors, and structural engineers to ensure efficient design implementation.

-Ensure that all designs comply with client requirements, key legislation and health & safety standards.

-Attend a range of technical and project meetings.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in electrical or Building Services Engineering, or a similar discipline, with a chartered status, or actively working towards one.

-Extensive experience managing and delivering electrical building services projects. 

-Strong proficiency in software tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant design tools, such as Dialux, Relux or Amtech.

-Demonstratable leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple multidisciplinary teams.
