Role: BIM Coordinator

Location: Buckhurst Hill / North Acton

Type: Contract – Exempt from IR35 Regulations

Duration: 6 months

Hours: 40 per week

The Opportunity

A specialist contractor is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support works on the HS2 S1 & S2 programme. This role is well suited to someone with strong Revit modelling skills, particularly around fire boarding, and is open to candidates without prior rail or HS2 experience.

The Role

You will be responsible for coordinating and producing accurate BIM models to support project delivery, working closely with site and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

·         Produce and coordinate Revit models to support construction activities

·         Model fire boarding elements accurately within Revit

·         Maintain BIM data quality and model integrity

·         Support coordination between design, site, and delivery teams

·         Assist with updates, revisions, and issue resolution as required

Key Requirements

·         Strong Revit skills with the ability to model accurately

·         Experience in a BIM-focused role (Coordinator or Technician level)

·         Willingness to work 3 days per week on-site at North Acton

·         Good communication skills and a practical, delivery-focused mindset

·         HS2 or rail experience not required

Rates

Exempt from IR35 regulations
