Architectural Technologist – Stage 4 / Revit / Façade Remediation (Contract)

Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 3 Days per Week in Office Preferred)
Rate: £29–£37 per hour (Outside IR35)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join a busy architectural team in Manchester, supporting the delivery of Stage 4 technical design projects.

This role offers the chance to work across a diverse portfolio including industrial, healthcare and façade remediation / cladding projects, with a strong focus on technical detailing and construction-stage information.

The successful Architectural Technologist will play a key role in Revit modelling, technical delivery and façade coordination, working within a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities

As an Architectural Technologist, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering RIBA Stage 4 technical design packages
• Producing detailed Revit models and technical drawings
• Supporting delivery of industrial and healthcare projects
• Working on façade remediation and cladding schemes
• Producing and coordinating construction information and detailing
• Collaborating with architects, consultants and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensuring designs comply with UK Building Regulations and standards
• Supporting project delivery within programme and quality targets

Requirements

To be considered for this Architectural Technologist role, candidates should have:

• Proven experience working as an Architectural Technologist
• Strong experience delivering Stage 4 technical design projects
• Experience working on industrial, healthcare or large-scale developments
• OR experience in façade remediation / cladding projects
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Contract Details

• Initial 3-month contract (likely extension to 6 months)
• Outside IR35
• £29–£37 per hour
• Hybrid working – 3 days per week in Manchester preferred
• IT and software provided
• 37.5 hours per week
