This role is ideal for an experienced MEP Coordinator who enjoys technically detailed coordination work within fast-paced project environments, with the flexibility to work fully remotely if preferred.

You’ll be joining a busy BIM and CAD team supporting live commercial developments, with additional project demand expected across the coming months.

The Role

You’ll be involved in:

• Producing and coordinating Revit MEP models
• Supporting Stage 5 commercial project delivery
• Managing MEP coordination and technical drawing production
• Supporting clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination
• Coordinating with engineers, consultants and wider project teams
• Maintaining BIM standards and model quality across projects

What They’re Looking For

• Experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator or BIM Coordinator
• Strong Revit MEP capability
• Background within building services or MEP environments
• Experience supporting commercial project delivery
• Strong technical coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work independently within a remote environment

Stage 5 project experience would be highly beneficial.
