The team is currently delivering a major multi-storey development alongside ongoing MoJ and banking sector projects, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced coordination work within a highly delivery-focused environment.

This role would suit a strong “doer” who can confidently support live project delivery and step into a key coordination position within a close-knit BIM team.

The Role

You’ll be involved in:

• Producing and coordinating Revit MEP models across live projects
• Supporting BIM coordination on large-scale developments
• Managing technical drawing and model information
• Supporting clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination
• Working closely with design, delivery and construction teams
• Assisting with project delivery through technical and construction stages
• Supporting ongoing commercial and secure-sector project workloads

What They’re Looking For

• Experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator or BIM Coordinator
• Strong Revit MEP capability
• Background within building services or MEP environments
• Good technical coordination and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work within fast-paced live project environments
• Strong communication and collaborative working ability

Experience within:

• Design & build environments
• Commercial projects
• MoJ or secure-sector schemes

would be highly beneficial.
