This role is ideal for a technically strong coordinator with contractor-side experience who enjoys fast-paced project environments and wants to join a busy BIM team delivering complex MEP schemes across multiple sectors.

The initial requirement is for a 2-month contract, however the workload pipeline suggests a strong likelihood of extension beyond the initial term.

The Role

You'll be involved in:

·         Producing and coordinating Revit MEP models across live projects

·         Supporting BIM delivery on laboratory and technical building developments

·         Managing model updates, drawing revisions and coordination changes

·         Working closely with engineers, consultants and project stakeholders

·         Supporting clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination activities

·         Assisting with project delivery through technical and construction stages

·         Maintaining BIM standards and model quality across multiple projects

While the initial focus will be a laboratory project, you'll also have exposure to a wider range of building services schemes across the business.

What They're Looking For

·         Experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator within building services environments

·         Strong Revit MEP capability

·         Previous contractor-side coordination experience

·         Good understanding of MEP coordination and BIM workflows

·         Ability to work independently and manage project responsibilities

·         Strong communication and technical coordination skills

Experience across:

·         Laboratories

·         Healthcare projects

·         Commercial developments

·         Stage 4 and Stage 5 delivery

would be highly beneficial.
