An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Revit MEP CAD Coordinator to support the delivery of a major infrastructure upgrade project within a complex live operational environment.

This Revit MEP CAD Coordinator role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on technically challenging building services projects, coordinating multidisciplinary MEP models and supporting project teams through detailed design and delivery stages.

The successful Revit MEP CAD Coordinator will join an established project team delivering large-scale upgrade works, with flexibility around office and remote working arrangements for the right candidate.

The Role

As a Revit MEP CAD Coordinator, you'll be involved in:

• Producing and coordinating Revit MEP models across live projects
• Managing drawing updates, revisions and technical information
• Supporting multidisciplinary MEP coordination activities
• Working closely with engineers, consultants and project stakeholders
• Assisting with clash detection and model coordination reviews
• Supporting project delivery through technical and construction stages
• Maintaining BIM standards and model quality throughout project lifecycles
• Coordinating design information across multiple work packages

What They're Looking For

• Experience as a Revit MEP CAD Coordinator, Revit MEP Coordinator or BIM Coordinator
• Strong Revit MEP capability
• Background within building services or MEP environments
• Experience coordinating mechanical and electrical building services models
• Good understanding of BIM processes and coordination workflows
• Ability to work independently and manage project responsibilities

Experience on infrastructure, transportation, aviation or complex commercial projects would be advantageous but is not essential.
